    Do you have any health issues?

    I can't think of any health issues that I have at the moment. I just focused on living and enjoying life. I go to medical diagnosis every 4 months and take my supplements as at when I should. Doing those have been helpful to me and has helped me stay focused and enjoy life.

    I am a football fan and I like to watch football most of the times. The zeal died a bit when Ronaldo and Messi left Europe to be playing in Saudi Arabia and USA respectively. However, I still follow a couple of games on a daily basis.

    Whatever anyone is doing to manage stress, I believe that it is of no use unless one can decide to focus on resting more. Sleeping and taking a rest is the best way to manage stress. This is not taking exercising or physical activities away from it.

    I am using an itel smartphone at the moment. The company has a lot of popular products in my area and these devices are good and have longer terms of lasting for long. This is the reason I keep on making use of their devices as they have served me well in the past.
