We all wake at different times each day depending on the type of day we have ahead.
What time did you wake up today?
Due to being up late last night watching the Royal Rumble, I did not wake until 2 pm as I didn't get to bed until 6 am. I am so thankful these main events are every so often!
Did you make use of that time? Or just spent it lying on the bed waiting for sleep to come.I woke up around after 2 this morning, but went back to sleep till around after 4.
I had work to do but was not feeling motivated in any way, so I was just pretty much in bed spacing out on my thoughts.Did you make use of that time? Or just spent it lying on the bed waiting for sleep to come.
I woke up at 6:20, packed and sent my daughter to her college and went back in bed for another hour from 7_8 AM. It's weekend and I can afford to do that
It is a good timeline.7am today, lay in on the weekend.
Oh! I see. I feel that sometimes we all need to do that. Just staying idle in bed spacing out our own thoughts comes with it's own benefits. We need to relax that way from time to time. I hope that you could catch enough rest later and got the energy and motivation back.I had work to do but was not feeling motivated in any way, so I was just pretty much in bed spacing out on my thoughts.
