    I love to play it, but not watch it, but I don't really like watching any sport that I'm not actively taking part in. Is anyone on here similar? To what degree is that the case?

    I never seriously considered gyms until going to university. At the university, they had a gym class and so that sparked an interest and soon I was going to private gyms later in life in my late 20s and early 30s.

    Working out at home or the gym?

    I don't like gyms cause of the odd atmosphere 😜. However, they are motivating, but a truly serious person can get motivated at home. In fact, dumbbells, alone, are probably all that's needed for most people, disregarding the cardio part of the workout.

    I like to play soccer and floor hockey the most. I have good memories of these sports from PE courses in high school and university. Have any of you played them at school?
