Do you go to the gym?

I think I must have always had it. Never liked socialising, didn't even like having to go out in the school playground/schoolyard. Only went out because I had to. Since 2014, it has got worse. Diagnosed as on the autism spectrum at a late age.

Well it is great that you eventually figured out what was happening and what to do to keep it in check.

Is that fear of open places? I have heard of the term before but I didn't think people actually have such a phobia.
Why do you say that?

It's the fear of large crowds of people. It is a very real, and a very serious phobia that afflicts many people.

Wow, I didn't know that people actually have these phobias for real. I only read about them in books or dictionaries.

I am not following any such routine and this was I haven't subscribed any such services as they demand advance fee of minimum 6 months

6 months subscription? What kind of a rigid plan is that. Gym membership should be something flexible so that everyone can afford to pay. In my area we have a week subscription option.

There is even 24 hours pass so to try it. Some people could pay the 24 hours pass because he is available one or two days during the week to go to entertainement.

That's much better. I feel it will be for those people that their schedule is not fixed. So they only go for a day because that's the only certain one.

While I would love to, I really do not have the time to spare. So I mostly workout in my apartment and it's been going fine

You could try even 30 minutes in the weekend or even 15 minutes if not possible half an hour, less better than nothing for example.

Once in my life, I went to the gym and had pain in my whole body the next day. Since then, I have decided not to go to the gym in the future. Maybe I did the wrong exercises that day because of the absence of a trainer. But whatever it is, I never thought of going to the gym from that day on.

Well, it is a sign of going to the gym for the first time. It is not always as easy as anyone would make you believe. You will train heavily if you plan to achieve your fitness goals, and that is never easy at all.

Hahaha, you should not have quit though. It happens to everyone in their first gym session. Their body will ache for days, but it is also sign that the workout was successful.

To be honest I don't even think I would have the time to be able to meet up, so it's best I just do from home instead.

My friends told me the same thing. But I never thought of going to the gym again, as I got a fever on the first day because of the pain and had to take off from work. A morning walk is sufficient exercise for me.😀

There would always be pains when you go for a workout. This is because you are using your muscles in ways you have never used them before, but with time you will definitely get used to it.

Yes, I know this but the pain at that time was unbearable that I never thought of going to gym again . Maybe I overexercised or did something wrong. My friends also left because of me.

Yes it's possible you over used the body, this is why it is extremely important you know your limits. Something similar happened to me some time back, I had pains on my chest for weeks, I think I had shifted something from working out.

I don't go to a gym. I do not do work out. However for fitness and health I do other activities like jogging, cycling, swimming etc. I find it funny how people drive cars to go to gym and then use electric machine to sweat out when you can easily sweat out by jogging and running.
