Yes of course. Those people might mistake our good intention for being nosy and invading their privacy, so we should be very careful when we are dealing with them.

Yes, they might. And in many cases, they have lost all touch with goodness in the world. And they fail to acknowledge it when it comes to them. They are not ready for it. And in many cases, they might have lost trust in the world. It would be tough to restore that. It's not easy for them or for the person trying to help.
