Have you ever left a bad review about a company on the Internet?

Does that mean we should look the other way when business treat us badly so that other customers would come and experience the same bad treatment? Have you considered when you pay for a service and it is below par? The only thing that can move some companies and business organisations is negative publicity.
Having spend a good amount of time dealing with govt employees and public sector, I kind of feel that private employees deserve some kindness. Nothing more.

I had once a bad a review about a bank in my country when I make a transaction and my transaction was not successful yet my money was not refund and the bad review yield me a positive results

I have had cases where a lot of companies acted unfairly, but I only left a bad review once because it was too much. It was with my Internet provider, who always wrote that they only provide high-speed Internet, but when I wrote to them that the speed of my Internet did not correspond to the declared, they said that I was lying
I have left a bad review about a site on trustpilot and this is because I got banned on the site for no reason after I applied for withdrawal, I wasn't still able to get the withdrawal I applied for.

I have written bad reviews for sites that scammed me of my hard earned money and won't hesitate to do that again should such a situation arise.

I left a bad review just last week for an r commerce app on play store. I ordered something, they didn't deliver on time and when they finally delivered, it was different from what I ordered for. I promptly left them a negative review with one star which would have been zero star if they had allowed me give zero stars.

When I am not happy with the product ir services I buy onkine, I aways make sure to eave review. I barely bither with leaving positive review but I always make sure to post negativw review if needed. That's because I feel that I need to inform people

I have left an unfavorable review about a cryptocurrency investment website that ran away with my money after I invested in their scam project. Sadly I couldn't recover my money.

After multiple attempts to resolve a billing issue with an internet service provider went unresolved, I felt compelled to air my grievances publicly. On various review sites, I detailed the company's abysmal customer service and shady billing practices that resulted in me being overcharged for months. Though venting my frustrations provided some catharsis, I understood the potential ramifications a scathing review could have. Still, I believe consumers have a right to warn others about corporations taking advantage of customers through negligence or deceit.

I am a very blunt person. I don't know how to patronize anyone or any company at that. If your services are good, I would leave an exceptional review that would surely attract other people to patronize. If they are bad, just know that I would say it in a way that no one would patronize you again.
Haha, that's cool though but what about in a situation where they gave bad services but upon further investigation, you found out it was not really their fault, maybe something happened along the line, would you still give them a bad review or would you give them a second chance?

I have let go a few times. But a couple of times, the issue was handled very badly and in a very unprofessional way. I wrote bad reviews then. Certain rude and unprofessional behaviour should not be encouraged and I had to report it. And I circulated it on social media too. Trust me, it was effective and they came with an apology.

I have experienced some bad services so much that you can't help but just to drop the negative reviews. My internet service provider has been messing me up and I called them out on Twitter 3 days ago with a negative review.

I think that Twitter (now X) is the best platform to do so. Things said there get attention from the higher authorities and they take a step. At least they apologize. I hope that your issue was resolved.

I do not think company will still seeing the bad reviews without reaction you could advise your friends and that is all.

No. I don't write reviews or rate a product or service after using them. I did it once in my life when a doctor himself asked me to write a review on his clinic. He is a good doctor so wrote a good reviews about his clinic.

Most of companies will delete these negative reviews and ban users means after you publish it you find it deleted or even report to be deleted by the company of reviews that seems not fair and keeps only good ones, especially if they are sponsor on this company of reviews so if company keeps bad reviews they will lose a lot of money.

I can't remember but I recall there was a day j wanted to do such but unfortunately I just fall in empathy so that I will not destabilize the company name or the image of the company

Sometimes you did not need to waste time, you just advice people on the internet, half of these companies are sponsor with reviews sites so this company pays a lot of money to have a good market, if you understand me this will be time wasting to post a real review to have it deleted after a while.

I agree with it. They do it because they don't want to lose customers by letting them read the bad reviews. But still, I have seen lots of bad reviews on the sites; maybe they were not deleted. The conclusion is that no customer sees the reviews before buying a product or a service; at least I don't. I prefer to ask people who have bought that product or service. I know reviews are not true.

That might be the case. Because most of the reviews that you get on their site is all positive. And I have a strong feeling that many of the feedback might be paid ones. It's better to post on social media platforms and tag them. Ask your friends and followers to spread it.

Even paid reviews to leave a positive reviews or the company is purchasing advertisements as paid sponsor on the review company so review company will be never honest about users reviews on their platforms.

People want in short time purchase a product and not bother about the reviews of the people especially see some videos about product then pass to purchase, reading reviews is like reading TOS of a site for the people.
