Rodri is one midfielder that is in the top 5 when you talk about the best midfielders in the world right now. He is currently injured as he sustained an injury against Arsenal that will make him miss a major part of the season. Will he be missed at City?
 
Yes, Manchester City will 100% miss Rodri from being out of the season injured with ACL knee injury. It even showed it their first match today against Newcastle which they couldn't win but draw.
 
Every team will always miss their best players whenever they are injured. It's when more bad for Manchester City that Rodri is injured and will be out of the season.

That is true. The manager would need to do more if they are going to replace this guy in the team till the end of the season.

It will take time for them to adjust, but I am very sure that they are going to adjust to become better at the end of the day.
