When you meet someone and hear their name, do you remember it easily? Do you have any tricks to remember names well?

There was a time when I used to remember almost everything and even names but these days I am not doing well with my memory and sometimes I find it hard to remember names at least if I don't meet them often.

I easily remember faces more than names. The only way I can remember a name is if I put my mind into, and to be honest most people I discus with I don't really put my mind into it.

I have both talent though sometimes I can't remember names but faces. It has happened to me in several occasions that I will see a familiar face, then recalling and rethinking the name of the person.
