We all know playing games for too long can be unhealthy, how long do you think one should play games to be considered a healthy amount of time?

Actually you are right and for me 4 hour's is okay to play games in a day, despite that you are addicted or not at time's I don't even play at all in a day just for to focus on other things.

It would be different for everyone because everyone has different health issues, eye health, mental health.

I think it depends.

If you have kids (especially if they are young), I think it's important to control how much time they are spending playing video games. When I was a kid, I had video games but I was also required to go outside to play at times. I wasn't playing video games 24/7 when I was a kid. I think there are too many kids that are spending too much time playing video games. I think this is hurting a child's ability to interact with others because they are constantly playing these video games and I think this all started when the pandemic blew up in 2020. I also think parents should limit their kids interaction with video games to a certain extent anyway until the child learns to control their own gaming habits or the child learns to control the amount of time they're playing video games.

I've played video games for more than 7 hours when I was between 10 years to 15 years old. Now, I'm in my late 30's, it's going to be very difficult for me to play video games more than 2 hours.

I spend 4-5 hours playing games every week, on average, and I think this is the healthy amount of time to play games. If you miss important things because of your game, that is certainly not healthy.
