Food and Drink What is your go-to Chinese?

Chinese food is one of my favourite takeaway foods. I don't tend to have it often but when I do, there are a few dishes I always enjoy, they are:

Special Chow Mein (all the meats and prawns) with Special fried rice
Chicken and beef in blackbean sauce with egg fried rice

What are your go-to Chinese choices?

My go-to Chinese order is sweet and sour shrimp with shrimp fried rice. I also like getting wonton soup with it.

In the days when I ate Chinese, it was vegetable spring rolls but I now boycott the food in protest at China's stance on human and animal rights.

Well, I haven't been to china before or tasted their dishes. But it's one of the things I will taste when I have money or maybe I can do my research and find a good restaurant that sells that food.

Well, I don't know if the egg rolls they make are different from the ones I have eaten. They might be the same but have different procedures for preparing them.
