What has changed with Chelsea fc?

Chelsea fc of England has been playing very well nowadays, and it is evident with the way they work on the team. Do you think that it is the manager that has brought the change, or are the players now more willing to do better for the club?

The manager is a big factor here. He has given them the confidence to play and keep pushing to win at the end of the day. Somehow, I am happy that the team is doing amazingly well.

I wish most managers would adopt this approach. Do not give these players the signal that they are the best and can't be dropped. Rewarding goof performances is also another way to have a look at it.

Chelsea Football Club is still struggling as far as I'm concerned but I think they have been improving since the appointed a new manager. It is still going to take them a while maybe two more seasons before they will start playing at a very top quality.
