The manager is a big factor here. He has given them the confidence to play and keep pushing to win at the end of the day. Somehow, I am happy that the team is doing amazingly well.
The boys are eager to prove that they fit into the team. With how the new manager handled the issues with players he dropped, the rest realised that it is no longer business as usual.
I wish most managers would adopt this approach. Do not give these players the signal that they are the best and can't be dropped. Rewarding goof performances is also another way to have a look at it.
Chelsea Football Club is still struggling as far as I'm concerned but I think they have been improving since the appointed a new manager. It is still going to take them a while maybe two more seasons before they will start playing at a very top quality.
Nothing have changed in Chelsea as far as I'm concerned. They had a good run of winning 5 straight matches. After that, they have been on a losing and draw form which doesn't say well about their development under the new manager.
A lot have changed at Chelsea football club. They changed their manager and also changed almost the whole squad. Now, they are struggling in the EPL.
I think Nicholas Jackson, the striker, is one of the major issues that they are having. If they can get another striker, things may end up becoming much more better.
