Debate Thoughts on possible World War 3?

World War 3 seems to be getting mentioned a lot recently and being that there is so much conflict in the world and the growing threat from Russia as well, it is understandable why there is so much talk about World War 3 at the moment.

What are your thoughts? Do you feel World War 3 is closer than we think?

@Shortie World War 3 started from a very short time when the war between Russia and Ukraine started and the events that come after this. This means we are talking about an event that we are living in now and not something in the future that does not start.

The politicians that we have now are more concerned about their pockets, and this means that the chances of World War 3 starting out is very minimal. It is challenging that we have some differences between nations, but nations forming an alliance just to start a universal war seems impossible at the moment. Do you really think Mr Putin of Russia can go that far?

This is the third worldwide war as many countries are participating in the war. Soon it will be expended to more countries or participants next to Russia or next to Ukraine will execute wars against themselves that could be something destructive.

Absolutely there is a possibility for WW3. There have been plenty of reports that since Russia invaded Ukraine, NATO militaries have been getting ready to fight. We already have wars between Russia and Ukraine, between Israel and Hamas (in Gaza), Sudan and Yemen, there is also conflict between China and Taiwan, you have Iran backed militia attacking the United States, which we have now started to strike back and countless of conflict in other nations, its really just a matter of time before something really big happens to set off another World War.

This is what I think exactly. There are countries for example in the side of Taiwan and others in the side of China that could interfere in the war, or the same for the rest of the countries, which means it already started and will develop soon.

The way greed is building up, there is a good chance that WW3 is near than far.

It is spreading like wildfire. Currently, the big players are enjoying the game. But it can get out hands with one incident and that is going to cost a lot for the puppets and players alike.

I can't stop the process from now on. After Russia attacked my country, many dictators decided that their time had come to act. They start provocations and also spread a lot of fake news just to destabilize the whole world. It seems to me that this can happen in the next 5 years if all people simply do not rally against the regime, and this will not happen

It's already started with social media, which has the whole world hypnotized and programmed.

If a WW3 happens, it will likely not be a war like we are used to. American and Chinese navies going to battle and the world ending as a nuclear wasteland is quite unlikely. However, a World War does not need the US involved to happen. Africa is currently at a boiling point with each nation taking sides. The middle east to a battleground of micro powers fighting for dominance. South America is looking like it might have its first war internally for quite some time. The war will likely not be a true world war, but more of a "world at war" as each area fights their own conflicts.

How far will World War III go? If it's nuclear, the planet is doomed. Do you all think it will be some limited thing, like Vietnam? Well, it would have to be that way, unless world leaders are stupid.

World War 3 would never come. The Geneva pact is still respected by many countries of the world. What we would have would be economic wars and skirmishes of countries fighting their neighbours but a full blown war that would be fought by major countries of the world is not possible.

With the numerous wars going on at the moment, it's seems like things are leading to this, though I strongly pray and hope we do not get to world war three. It's going to be bloody.
