What do you think of the upcoming PS5 model having a detachable disc drive? Are you gonna be getting one of these models? Do you care? Are you going to wait for the inevitable 'Pro" model in the not so distant future instead?

I think it's kinda pointless to upgrade to at this point as my current PS5 is fine and I have no need to replace or upgrade it.

It looks cool but I won’t be getting it for the same reason as you. My current PS5 is fine and has everything I can ask for from a console. I don’t see myself upgrading it any time soon.

I'm not interested in the new Playstation 5 Slim. It doesn't appeal to me. I'm very good with the original Playstation 5 and it's what I'm playing with now.

I have a PS5 already so I'll be skipping the slim model. I think it's interesting that Sony decided to make a detachable disc drive, but you're better off getting the model with the disc drive already since it's cheaper unless you just want to purchase digital games only. I also am not a fan of the tiny stand the newer slim models come with, it's a small piece of plastic whereas the original PS5 came with a sturdy stand.

I think having a detachable disc drive is an innovative idea from Sony. It would allow gamers to have a cheaper digital-only version if they prefer, while still giving the option for a physical disc drive. The modular design shows flexibility in an age when some gamers are going all-digital and others still value disk collections

A new version of PS5? No thanks I'm not interested. My PS4 is still serving me very well even though I don't play it often, but it's still very fine. I don't even have plans of upgrading it to PS5 just yet.

I don't have a PS5 but as long as the previous play station five still works well, there would be no need to upgrade.
