Do you strive towards self-awareness and personal growth? How do you do it? Well, I believe practice self-reflection through journaling, meditation, or mindfulness exercises to gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can help you in self awareness and personal growth. You also need to seek feedback from others to identify blind spots and areas for improvement, and set goals for personal development based on your values and aspirations.

I like to think I'm self aware, I'm aware of my own personality and how others perceive me. I like to keep to myself, I am an introvert and can be a bit blunt in conversations, so I can sometimes come across as 'indifferent' as if i dont want to be bothered with people, and while this is true (lol), I try my best to be friendly and pleasant... I want people to feel comfortable around me, just not too comfortable! 😄

For some time I have been trying to ensure I develope personal growth. The truth of the matter is that we can never fully reach out real potential unless we work on ourselves. Take time to learn new skills, it is also part of investing in yourself.

I have made it a personal habit that a day would never pass without me studying and consciously learning one or two things that would add something to what I know. I get tired coming back some times but I try to study something. It could be about my career or generally about life.

Absolutely, cultivating self-awareness and continually growing as a person are extremely important to me. I try to regularly practice self-reflection to understand my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors more deeply. I'm aware that I have blind spots and unconscious biases that I constantly need to challenge.
