Though I normally workout but I am not an expert in this field, I just try my best to always stay hydrated and I have also started including fruits to my daily diet.
 
Well for me, I usually make sure that I take a few bunches of banana before workout because bananas have a lot of energy someone can use for the entire workout time. Then I also try to take a lot of water. Red meat helps me to heal the muscles after a workout too.
 
Proper nutrition is vital for maximizing athletic performance. Focus on nutrient-dense whole foods like lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, and vegetables. Stay hydrated by drinking fluids consistently.
