Midnight snacks

Okay who else is guilty of a midnight snack? There was a time I use to buy some snacks ranging from sweet biscuits to meat pie and cakes and save them till night so I can eat them while watching a good movie. These days I no longer take night snacks cause am not only trying to watch my weight but at the same time am also being careful about my health.

I usually have the dinner around 9.30 or 10 Pm and then there is no reason for a midnight snack. So I am not guilty of it.

There were times when I used to prepare instant noodles at midnight but now I avoid this.

Maybe five years ago, this was me. I love taking midnight snacks like no man's business. Since, I started taking my health very important and what I eat, I stopped taking midnight snacks and it's gainful to me.

I don't like to eat anything at night, but my spouse likes to eat sweet foods at night and sometimes I end up eating sweet foods at night as a way to give her a company.
