Listening to music while exercising

I love to exercise, I do at least 1 hour every day, so listening to music is essential in training sessions, I usually put the speaker and listen to music or if I go for a run I use headphones.
 
I don't often listen to music because it distracts me from exercising. I try to be focused on the execution technique because it is important for the result. And listening to music distracts me a lot and I can think about something else, and so during training without music I think only about training and not about any problems
 
There are people who can't even do a single thing without having background music. My sister says anyone who can workout without any from of music is not human 😅
