Taking 5 or 6 meals every day is not proper and it's unwise to eat more than 3 meals a day. An adult needs just 2 meals every day which the dinner will come before 7pm whole kids needs about 4 to 5 meals every day.At least 5 hours gap is must if you are taking 3 meals. The case will be different if you are having 5 to 6 meals.
