How do you stay motivated to exercise regularly?

Nomad
I no longer need motivation to train, at first I do, but it has already become a habit, seeing my improvement both physically and in health is my main fuel for training.
True, one of the best motivation you can ever think of is see your results. Most times when I feel like giving up, then I try cloths that no longer enter me, only for them to fit, it gives me a boost of motivation.

Truly, one will be more motivated to continue when seeing the results of the actions. That's why when I look in the mirror and notice some muscles, I will be more motivated to continue working out.

Starting to exercise can be a bit difficult especially when you aren't used to the physical activity and it hasn't become a habit. However, I find that once I start to see the results and feel the difference exercising is doing I get hooked. I've been someone who's always enjoyed working out and staying fit, when I got my head injury back in 2019 it was very difficult for me for a while as I was unable to do any exercises. I was bedridden and had to relearn to talk, walk etc. so it took me a few years to be able to get back to physical fitness. Though I did do rehabilitation and physical therapy I didn't really feel like it was the kind of exercise I wanted to be doing. Now I'm thankful I'm able to go to the gym and keep a routine going when it comes to working out.
When I get demotivated, I just think of how I felt when I couldn't work out or how I felt when I had put on some weight when I had to take certain medications. It helps me stay focused and look at the long-term goal which is to have a healthy body. I also do modeling, and I have some pictures of when I was a bit heavier and what I look like now and sometimes I'll go through those pictures just to see how far I've come and how dedication and persistence really pay off.
