How do you normally work out?

For me l am used to the taking of rides and walks in the mornings and evenings for sure. I find it more conveniently to work out that way rather than looking for other ways of doing things for that reason.
 
When it comes to workout, I mostly go for morning walks each morning, after that there are times I do some extra workouts as well.
 
I do a 20 minutes walk every late afternoon when I arrived home from work. In the morning I also jog for about 30 minutes on our lawn at home. I am a deep sea swimmer too so I swim into the deep sea with my deeo sea swimmer friends every Saturday and Sunday for two hours. It's a good sport.
 
I don't get time to work out, or you can say I am a lazy person who likes to eat and sleep apart from the work. When I have time and I have a wish, I prefer to go for a walk in a nearby park.

Yes at times I used to do so but I prefer to played football or basketball in evening in other not to get tired of repeating my self
 
I used to play cricket few years ago but not now as I fear I may not break my bones.😅 I prefer to go for the walk sometimes.

You can jog on your lawn early morning before breakfast and before heading for work. I don't miss a day doing my routine to jog early morning at four thirty before taking a bath. I cook rice in rice cooker before entering the bathroom. My body is her get used to it and do a 20 minutes walk once I arrived home from work.
 
I do more of squatting because I am always looking at becoming better at that aspect of my workout. I want to stay strong and focused on becoming someone who is strong and better.

It is not bad at all for your butts and legs. I do more of pushups because I am working on becoming a very strong person as I walk. It is something that is key for me.
