Since our area is quite good and has almost everything available so prices of houses are always on the rise and there is no reason to expect a fall in prices.

The cost of houses in my area is increasing, and I think one of the reasons for this is due to the fact that the cost of living has skyrocket. The economy has been hit pretty hard.

As we all know that the houses are commonly built on lands. So the land as one of the four factors of production, they do appreciate in value with time. So are the houses. They have really skyrocketed in the prices for sure.
