How a relationship between the dream and the real life of a person can be explored?

S
The relationship between dreams and real life can be explored through reflection, journaling, and self-analysis. By examining recurring themes, emotions, and symbols in our dreams, we can identify connections to our waking experiences, desires, and fears. This can reveal hidden patterns, unresolved conflicts, and untapped potential. Additionally, exploring our dreams can help us develop a deeper understanding of our motivations, values, and goals, allowing us to make more informed decisions and navigate life's challenges with greater insight and self-awareness. By bridging the gap between our dreams and reality, we can tap into our subconscious mind and unlock personal growth.

There should be no exploration, dreams that we have when we sleep are just dreams, there's no need to assign too much importance to them. They might not mean anything to us in life.
In some cases there are just dreams but not always. I have seen cases where dreams are a lot more. Especially for Christians , we don't see dreams as just dreams.
