Debate Has tipping gotten out of hand in the US?

I can only give a top if it's from my heart but the least of what I can do is to be forced to give out my money. Over here, the way they seek and force for this tip is really worrisome. Just hope that it can be look into.
 
My husband and I always tip. Even if I don't want to do a lot, my husband does.
