A little bit of stretching or warn up before exercise improve flexibility, increases blood flow to the muscles, reduces the risk of injury, and prepares your body for exercise. Dynamic stretching before exercise and static stretching after exercise are both beneficial for the body. When you exercise, do you always warm up, what kind of activities do you do to warm up and get ready for exercise?

I used to not do it because I didn't have enough time and I was always in a hurry, but it was always difficult for me to do all the exercises to the end because I didn't feel the strength in my hands. And after the warm-up, I feel like 10 percent is added to my endurance

Yes, it's very important for you to warm up before you start working out. This is the same thing football players do before they start playing any match. The warm up before training will make it easy for your body do adjust to the training and help you not to get injured.

So I do it because it helps me not to get injured. I warm up my legs the most because I often get injured on the treadmill and I understand that the knees and ankles are the most vulnerable.

To be honest, majority of the times I don't. I just get dress and hit the road. I know this completely wrong though. There are times I do a few stretches first before I begin.

Before any workout, I make sure to properly warm up my body. This typically involves 5-10 minutes of light cardio like walking, cycling, to get my blood flowing.

I can't step into the field of play without having to do some pushups. That is necessary to prime my body for the physical demands of the exercise. If I try entering the field without warming up, my belly would start cranking within ten minutes into my play.

For me l usually start my exercises on the go. That is because most of the times l practice walking or jogging for longer distances. I have never liked any other way of taking my body exercises apart from the riding on my bicycle

No, because of my shift schedule I don't get time to go for exercise. Some days I go for a walk and that's the only exercise I do.

It's good to warmup but I am still not into routine exercise so I need to start with it and if we are doing a hard exercise then we should warm up before that

Yes it's very important we warmup before doing any hard or tough exercises. Speaking from experience, this would lead to some internal injury like sore muscles and the likes.

Yes, that's important to warm up your body before you do some difficult exercise because warm up increase blood flow and oxygen delivery to the muscles allowing them to work efficiently. 5-10 mins of warm up is sufficient before you start exercising.

Actually I agreed with your words and I also stretch up before starting exercise in other to improve flexibility and reduce risk of injury

This is true. Stretching is one way that I get to warm up before I start any exercise, and it has really been of help to me.

Warming up before you start exercising is something that is very important and it's always recommended by your fitness coaches because they know it's stops you from getting injured by putting your body in shape and ready for the work out.
