Do you think Indian Cricket Team management was right in keeping S Dhawan out of the team?

Shikhar Dhawan was one of the successful openers for India and he was a permanent member in India's ODI and Test matches and have many records under his name. Even though he was successful he was dropped from the team and was never given chance again in the team and was never given any explanation or feedback and that resulted in Dhawan taking retirement from all forms of cricket which means he won't be in the IPL too.

I have always liked Shikhar Dhawan. He is a great player who used to open the innings for India. I don't know why he is always dropped from India, even though he is a consistent performer. Maybe he has hard luck.

Shikhar was appointed captain of the last India's Caribbean tour and after a few months he was dropped from the team and they persisted with young players only and was never recalled back to the squad.

It was strange to see that he was not recalled back. I am fan of Shikhar Dhawan, he should have been called back in to the team. He plays well that's what I can say. He needs to prove it again in the domestic cricket.

He's the man for ICC tournaments and have always done great in all ICC events he has played but was never backed much by the team management nor the coach or captain

He is unlucky I would say otherwise there are lots of players in the Indian team who have got lots of chances.

Dhawan never said a word about Indian cricket and stayed calm everytime he was not selected in the team. He's a true Gentleman

It's shocking to see him retiring so early and he could have still played in the IPL but maybe he has other commitments to fulfill
