Do you take enough breaks?

Something I have had to get myself into doing, especially since I work from home is ensuring that I take breaks when I need them as to not burn myself out. When I first started working from home, I would work for hours and just focus on work which lead to burn out and me not feeling happy at all.

Now I tend to take time out to do the things I enjoy so that I feel happier, still get my work done and do not feel burned out.

Do you feel you take enough breaks?

As I'm only working part-time jobs now, working occasionally, my entire life is a break now tbh. lol Though I do take breaks from my TV-binging to catch up on my YouTuber subscription feed, check on my mobile game dailies and check in on the forum, especially during the "ad break" segments of my TV shows (except instead of an ad break, I just paused my videos for a moment).

Yes, I do. Sometimes, work might be much but it don't happen all the time. We are given 1 hour break everyday, we can stay for breaks if we don't have much work to do.

I wish I get more break time at work but unfortunately I don't. It's not enough to have only 30 minutes as break but I can't complain because they are giving every staff the same thing.

You can never complain no matter what. 30 minutes break is too small but it's better than none. I wish that we can get the desired breaks of our choice but if we do, work will always pile up and be waiting for you.

I would consider that I take enough breaks as I don’t want to risk getting burned out.

Whether it’s taking a couple of days to relax and kick back or watching tv.
