The only time that I have had to keep the PC on overnight is when I have to run some updates that would take a long time to complete. I would just let the updates run and I go to bed.

There are so things that I am running on it and it painful to reboot or turned it off but when I am about to sleep I used to turned it off because of safety purpose and I think its better to turned it off
