Can you sum up how much you've lost in gambling and betting?

Gambling and betting is a game of luck. Gamblers lose more money than they win. Betting companies make it so because if gamblers win more, they will be out of business. If you have been gambling and betting for a long time, how much have you lost so far in your betting and gambling?

I stopped gambling when I lost more than $100 worth of BTC back in 2017 when the price per coin was $1700. This is one of my biggest regrets in my life.
