Bangladesh Eager To Host Women's World Cup

There is a very bleek possibility of the Women's World cup to stay as planned in Bangladesh because of the unrest conditions over the protests and change of government that has seen large number of people die. Bangladesh cricket board is taking the help of Bangladesh Army to normalise the conditions and if things improve considerably only then WC will be played in Bangladesh.
 
I'm very much certain that FIFA will consider Bangladesh as the very last option when it comes to hosting a world cup. But let's keep our fingers crossed and see.
 
There will be problems now and none of the countries will be ready to tour Bangladesh and I don't think they will be able to host T20 World cup now

This is not FIFA.

Yes, Bangladesh won't be considered as a venue to play world cup as the things are not well there.
 
Bangladesh should not be given any ICC tournament for 10 years because its now same as Pakistan and even Pakistan should not be allowed any ICC events
 
With all that has happened and is currently happening in Bangladesh, I think it would be best they change venue just to make sure things will be safe.
 
They are not even able to host bilateral series in Bangladesh now and I think many countries may not tour them looking at their situation and safety
 
Off course is an opportunity that most of the country will like to have but if they can assured the safety of the attendees I think they should be allowed to be held since it was the venue
 
Bangladesh is not a safe country as of now. It is a better step they will not host a cricket tournament in their country. It will take time to have a peace in their country.
 
It'll take time to prevail peace in Bangladesh and it's army and new Government will take at least 6 months for that.

I don't think things will settle in 6 months, it will take years to restore peace in the country.

It'll take time and if they don't improve quickly then their economy will be quite like Pakistan or Sri Lanka
 
They may have hosted but other countries stopped their people from travelling to Bangladesh so it was impossible to host in Bangladesh
 
The host team gets so many advantages. They will have their own pitches and their local support and that was why they were keen to host the World Cup
