Probably the safety of it all. Much as I complain about how boring Singapore is, at least we don't have guns around here, and our murder rate is definitely at a far lower statistic than other first-world countries. It's perfectly safe to walk around at 3am at night to visit your local 24/7 mini-mart, for example (though the existence of cockroaches means that I still wouldn't be interested in doing so).What was your favorite thing about the place you grew up?
Plus, our public transport's clean, and it's pretty easy, especially nowadays, to travel from one point of the country to another, what with all those new train lines.
