Hi @Stan my favorite food is Pizza but since I'm African, there are plenty of good traditional food cuisines that we normally prepare.

Injera is one of my favorites it is a spongy, sourdough flatbread that's a staple in Ethiopian and Eritrean cuisine. It's traditionally made from teff flour and is used as both a serving platter and an eating utensil.
