This is not something I ever thought I would see reported but in Poland, a corpse fell out of the hearse and the coffin when the body was being transported.

A funeral home in Poland has apologised after a corpse fell out of a hearse and into traffic.

Hades Funeral Service, the company transporting the body in Stalowa Wola, southeastern Poland, blamed the incident on "an unexpected technical failure" of the vehicle's lock.


They apologised to "all those who were disappointed and upset by this event".

Mistakes can happen to anybody and I can see this as a mistake which I haven't heard before. It was not a reoccurring events, so I'm seeing it as just normal thing though the company needs to do better.
