    Linkedin is a good platform to build up one's connection. I once make use of LinkedIn but the engagement over there is too boring and I deactivated the account.

    That one is a stress and I can't try it. Why should I lock my phone and also lock the apps. It's a stress work and I can't do it for myself but I use to see people that do that, I can never beg for their phone due to the stress I will go through.

    Mine is up to 8 months or so. I like tea so much but I don't know what happened and I stopped taking it. Back then, I can take tea twice or thrice a day.

    I love cumin tea but haven't taken it before. It helps in our digestive system and makes body fluid to be free. It's very good for old men and women.

    My sister can do everything especially cooking so perfectly. Every food is prepared by her. I don't eat outside unless I am craving for. I also love grilled fish and veggies salad.

    How Much Gap between our meals?

    For a proper digestion, it's good to eat our dinner before 6:30pm. I used to eat by 11am and then by 6pm for my dinner. Our body doesn't need too much food to work, it's okay to eat twice every day.
