    Actually you are right and I can remember all my loved ones contact in fact I used to have a special time in a day may be in the morning after workout or If i am less busy in the night just to memories my loved ones contact in other to avoid emergency situation where I have to call

    Actually I can't donate blood on my current situation it seems the final year of studying was a lot more stress these day's I am always busy not having enough food and rest in other to focused on my final exams.

    Actually I am not in to it because I never have a stable job and I am still studying but I have never tried taken loan and I am not planning on taken loans in the future because I don't feel comfortable at all my moment I will be thinking about it over and again
