Since our area is quite good and has almost everything available so prices of houses are always on the rise and there is no reason to expect a fall in prices.

The cost of houses in my area is increasing, and I think one of the reasons for this is due to the fact that the cost of living has skyrocket. The economy has been hit pretty hard.

As we all know that the houses are commonly built on lands. So the land as one of the four factors of production, they do appreciate in value with time. So are the houses. They have really skyrocketed in the prices for sure.

The economy is very bad and the way things are rising is still shocking to me. House prices are changing every new day and there's nothing one can do about it. If you miss a good one due to the price, another person will pay for it.

Prices of goods and services have been rising for a while now in my area. It is as if everyone is helpless and have no idea on what to do in order to salvage the situation that we've seen ourselves in.

Though our apartment is an old one, almost twenty years old, we are getting a very lucrative amount for selling our properties second hand. It's lesser than the new complexes that are coming up but very lucrative considering its an old building. Our apartment is a luxury small rise apartment with all class amenities and infrastructure. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. With the recent metro station coming next to it, the price has sky rocketed.
