What would be the first thing you buy?

That's true. I have lots of expensive land in the village, which is ancestral. Also, one of my properties, which is in a commercial area, now generates a good amount of rental income. I agree that we should focus on buying properties that may help our next generation in terms of money.

Yes, as long as these properties are well taken care of, it will definitely fetch us amd our future generations good profits. I have plans of investing in real estate once I have enough capital to do so.

I don't know how far a thousand dollars can go in getting me a house but I would put it into trying to secure a house for myself. I desperately desire and need a house of my own.

Investment is quite important so its good to think and plan about investment and invest whenever you have extra

If I am not mistaken, a thousand dollars with our current rate should be around 1.6 or 1.7 million. I doubt it would be enough to secure a real standard house though.

For me it's the motor bike. I have really longed for the item.

Do you know how to ride one? I think they are cool and would love to have one but at the same time I am abit scared of it, due to how I see people driving it.

I would also like to buy a new smartphone because mine is very old. 1,000 dollars is not that much, so I think that apart from a smartphone, I would hardly have enough for anything else, but with the saved money, I would like to have a very tasty meal in some expensive restaurant

For me, I will plan first. I have to thank God by going to church and after that, I have to allocate some amount for the charity and the church where I always attend the Sunday masses. I will surely buy an electric car.

It would be best to invest that money and see if you can make even bigger amount with that in a year or so

Investing is also interesting but some people have different mindset. Others upon having money think right away to buy a new cellular phone for example and go to places where there is gambling like a little casino. We have near home a casino but I never entered that place most people playing casino are males.

I am in the mood to invest now but I still need to learn a lot before I invest a large amount and at present going for small amounts only

What is that thing you want to invest? Have you tried to invest in Mutual Funds, local stocks or only cryptocurrency? Try to invest something you can afford to lose. I started investing when I was in college and saved the money. I have to invest more.

I was investing in small amounts in crypto but cannot call it as investment as I never kept these and have always sold crypto and I started my investment journey in Stocks

Why do you keep on selling your crypto? You have to accommodate it and sell only when you think it's equivalent to millions. That could serve as your passive income once you retire. Invest on other thing and apply a long term plan.

It's tough being an Indian, there are so many crypto-related rules and its not even feasible to convert it into bank so I am not taking that risk

Really? No wonder why you keep on selling your crypto and that is the best thing to do. In the Philippines cryptocurrency is not banned only Binance. I cannot explain why the government ordered Google to remove the Binance app in my country. Some economists said that it's a threat to the Philippines economy.

Yeah I am aware of it, Its not banned in India but they take 30% tax even if the transaction went into losses so its not worth

I would buy something for which I always regretted my own money, but something that I don't really need. For example, I would like an electric rover or a scooter. I don't need it because I have a regular bike but it's very easy money so I wouldn't mind spending it

I wouldn't buy something I don't need just because I have the money though. There are definitely a lot of things I will need, so I will get those ones instead.
