What is the best way for you to relax after a hard day's work?

For me, it's my hobbies and spending time with my children. I don't see them for a lot of time during the day, so I try to spend all my free time only with them. It is a great distraction from the problems and therefore it makes me happy to play with them and it relaxes me a lot
 
The best way for me to relax after a hard work is to take hot bath and take a little bit sleep
