Have you ever got the impression that someone is observing you?

We also need to find out the reason why they are observing us and what are their plans but it can be risky too
 
They have a sort of disorder in which people always feel that someone is watching them. We had a colleague who always used to think that we were talking about him and used to ask people if we were talking about him. I always thought he had some mental issues, but later on I came to know he had some disorders.
