Mr. Arvind Kejariwal has been the CM of Delhi for the last two times, and most of the people vote for him here because of his commitment to providing electricity at low rates. People are greedy, and they won't mind giving their valuable vote to anyone if they get money for it.

They only see money and the money they receive from selling their vote disappears in split seconds once they go out and do party.
