Why there are no T10 or Hundred or Super 60 tournaments in India?

India is not taking any initiative and not following any leagues that are played in different parts of the world and just following the established formats. England is running hundred tournament and T10 tournaments are running in different parts and West Indies is running Super 60 format.
I would like to see these tournaments even at domestic circuit in India.

In India nobody likes changes. I also don't like changes and we are reluctant to changes. This can be a reason for India's non adaptability.
