Why Cannot Brandon McCullum Coach England's White Ball format?

Brandon McCullum already proved as the best Red ball coach for England and was one of the best all format player and can easily coach their white ball team but no one has even asked him to do that role.

As I mentioned earlier too, these days coaches does not like to work for long duration and this is why he chose only test coaching and not ODI and T20

Brandon has denied it previously, this is why he is not offered the job. Andy flower is also considered for the same role.
