What's one thing about yourself that you really need to work on?

I always wish that I could be better with my time management skills. I really admire people who are good with time management and can manage to take care of so many things on their plate with ease with a good time management skills. I am one person who is working hard on my time management skills and to be more efficient and productive. Certain strategies like to do list and keeping weekly and daily goals are working. It's a work in progress.

I always need to get distracted less. It is mostly how my days begin, as if I jump into work or a project, then I can go all day getting things done, but if I let myself get sidetracked right from the start, the whole day is often lost.

I need to work on my snubbing button. I don't know how I do it but I can't snub anybody both familiar person and stranger whenever I am not in the mood to talk. It's really a bad behaviour that I need to stop.

@Uncrowned Guard and @Angelina . It's good that at least you are aware of them and acknowledge it. Working on any of our negatives is challenging. It's a work in progress and needs a lot of conscious effort.
