New Trend of Separate White Ball and Red Ball coaches

This is a recent trend that was started by England like many other trends and they were first to hire Brandon McCullum as Red ball coach and Mathew Mott as White Ball Coach and on the same trend now Pakistan hired Gary Kirsten as White Ball Coach and Jason Gillespie as Red ball coach even though they don't even play many test matches.

These days coaches also work like we do in 9-5 jobs and they opt to work for one format only, at least England is doing it and even Pakistan now

This is a welcome move and gives the coach time to spend with his family. Indian team management is not interested in this move.
