Mass notification software for emergency alerts?

emergency, i.e. weather, mass shootings, or anything else that might come up. I know that a lot of students won’t appreciate calls. So, I was thinking that SMS is probably best.

I’m looking into software that can be used to send out SMS in bulk. Does anyone have any recommendations? The one that has caught my eye is DialMyCalls. If anyone has any experience specifically using this platform (or similar type platforms) to send out emergency alerts, I would love to hear your feedback. Thank you.
