England's Mainstay Test batter Joe Root is again #1 in the latest ICC test rankings for the batsman after great performance against West Indies and in the fab4 he's already leading with max runs and tons in the last 4 years.

Joe Root is a good player but I always doubt his consistency. I have never seen him playing well against India or when his team is in danger.

He's a gem and has always played well against India and even in the last series and second last series when he visited India and was MOM in first test which India lost

I agree and don't like him and I feel he's so overrated and not deserving and we mostly see him play tests so we cannot compare him with Kohli

Yes he is overrated. I have never seen him winning matches for his team. He is not a player which is to be compared with Kohli or Tendulkar.

The English media and its social media always overrate them and they even overrate their spinners and its fast bowlers

I have always liked James Anderson. He is not a great baller but I don't know why I like him may be because of his temperament , sportsman ship and his balling action.

I dislike him so much and he's so overrated and most of his wickets are in England because England plays so many test matches in England every year

What is the reason why you dislike him? He had a very good balling action. He never was successful against Indian team or in Asia.

That's why he was overrated and they call him GOAT which he never was and was just a normal bowler and not a legend

He was not a legend I agree but he was a good baller and a strike baller for England. He played cricket for his team for many years and was consistent in those years unlike other fast ballers who get injured so frequently.

Yes he was a good bowler and they used to say that even Stuart Broad was a good player and a legend which he never was LOL

Do you remember Yuvraj Singh hit continuous sixes in an over on Stuart Broad balling. He was not a good baller at least in the Indian continent.

That's what I was about to say but he was quite young at that time and was never a good bowler and can bowl well only in English seamy conditions

Joe root has a very good record against India and has also taken wickets against India and also has a good ODI record against India

I don't think his records are so good and its just normal and I haven't seen him play ODI so maybe he is just concentrating on tests
