How to check our Screen time?

I remember watching a video a couple of months ago where the boss used to check the screen time of all its employees and I am talking about mobile screen time to see which person used the phone for max time but I am not able to find any option to check that.

It is usually different for each phones. You can check your settings, maybe your battery settings, you should see how long your screen has been on.

I am not sure if its the right option because I did used my phone in the morning and charged it yesterday so not sure if its the right option

Not really the right option but it can help to some extent. Checking it through the battery, you can see how long you have been using certain apps and how long the screen has been on

Yes, It's not easy to figure it out but I guess there are third-party apps that can help us determine this thing maybe in a detailed way.

Yes, like on my phone settings, there is an option called digital wellbeing, from there I can check my screentime. So am sure there is an option for this, just don't know what yours would be called in your phone.
