How can I improve my endurance levels?

When you exercise, it is very important to improve your endurance levels. If you run for exercise, you need to improve how many minutes you can run. You can gradually increase your mileage over time, incorporate interval training to boost speed and stamina, focus on proper breathing techniques, stay hydrated, and ensure you're getting enough rest and recovery to improve your endurance level. .
 
The best way which you use to improve your endurance levels when you are working out is by being consistent with your work out routine. I can remember the first time I carried out by plank rep, I could not suspend myself on my arm and foot for one minute. I kept doing it every day, now I can hold a plank for at least 5 minutes.
 
Improving endurance requires a gradual and consistent approach. Start by incorporating cardio exercises like running, cycling, or swimming into your routine, aiming for at least 30 minutes per session, three to four times a week. Gradually increase intensity and duration over time. Additionally, incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training to build muscular endurance. Don't forget to include rest days and proper nutrition to aid in recovery and fuel your body for optimal performance.
