A coach is merely hired to help the team and correct their mistakes and give players feedback plus corrective measures to improve their game and also to work with the captain and make strategies but a coach cannot win you games directly and a successful player or coach cannot mean the team will win matches and for the win the whole team needs to play well on a given day.
