Something I have had to get myself into doing, especially since I work from home is ensuring that I take breaks when I need them as to not burn myself out. When I first started working from home, I would work for hours and just focus on work which lead to burn out and me not feeling happy at all.
Now I tend to take time out to do the things I enjoy so that I feel happier, still get my work done and do not feel burned out.
